Who We Are

We Are

a agency specialized in transformative culture. We design, support, and manage cultural projects with social impact and collective purpose. We work through research, action, and participation to strengthen diverse cultural ecosystems connected to their communities.

We Act

as strategic allies of technical teams and public institutions, we offer expert consulting, tailored training, and practical tools to think about and foster culture from a critical, inclusive, and transformation-oriented perspective.

We collaborate

with institutions, organizations, and communities to build policies and programs that integrate cultural rights, social innovation, and citizen participation. We carry out our work across six areas: ideation, production, mediation, research, training, and cultural communication.

We drive

equitable access to cultural work and professional development in the sector. We are committed to people-centered cultural economies and networks that support a vibrant, shared, and sustainable culture.

We understand culture as a right and promote its practice on an equal footing.

Feminist perspective

An ethical and political framework to transform the conditions of cultural production and power relations.

Intersectional approach

We address inequalities from a critical perspective, connected to the territory and its stakeholders.

Collaborative work

We design processes alongside local groups and stakeholders, adapting to each reality and territorial context.
