Fes! Cultura is a cultural project incubation programme with social impact developed in Barcelona since 2017. It promotes the creation, training, and support of transformative cultural initiatives through collaborative processes that connect culture, rights, and civic participation.

Challenge:

To strengthen the capacity of artists, young people, and cultural agents to develop sustainable and socially committed projects in a context where access to resources, professional networks, and spaces for cultural experimentation remains unequal and limited.

Proposal:

Fes! Cultura articulates an ecosystem for the training, incubation, and visibility of cultural projects. Through labs, mentoring processes, and public events, it promotes initiatives that connect culture and social transformation. The programme is structured around four lines of action: #AccióJove, #AccióMigrant, #AccióClima, and the #AccióMigrant Festival, generating spaces for learning, creation, and exchange between diverse communities and the cultural sector.
