Many migrant and racialized voices face barriers to participating in public debate and making their cultural contributions visible. The challenge was to create an accessible format that allowed sharing experiences and creative processes from self-representation, expanding the recognition of diversity and promoting critical conversations about racism and inequalities.
The project is developed as a series of video podcasts that combine interviews, cultural reflection, and presentations of creative processes. Each episode invites artists and professionals from diverse cultural backgrounds to discuss their career paths and the use of art to drive change. The format documents conversations and strengthens networks among artists, cultural managers, and interested audiences.
