Fes! Cultura #AccióJove is an educational program in community cultural management aimed at secondary school students in Barcelona. The students collectively design and produce the Fes! Film Festival, a documentary film showcase focused on human rights.

Challenge:

Bring cultural management closer to young students and create learning spaces where they can understand culture as a tool for social participation. The challenge consisted of involving teenagers from diverse backgrounds in real cultural programming processes, fostering critical thinking, collaborative work, and engagement with social issues.

Proposal:

The program develops an educational itinerary in which about 50 students design, program, and promote a documentary film festival. Through training sessions, teamwork, and collaboration with cultural professionals, participants acquire practical tools in cultural management and creative activism. The process culminates with the celebration of the Fes! Film Festival, a public event that connects education, culture, and human rights.
