Escena Migrant is a training and networking program for artists from diverse backgrounds who are already active in the performing arts. Its purpose is to strengthen professional skills, expand opportunities for circulation, and activate networks across creation, programming, and production.

Challenge:

In a performing arts ecosystem with access barriers and closed circuits, many artistic careers remain outside spaces of visibility, resources, and continuity. The challenge is to reduce these inequalities by strengthening professional tools and fostering real connections with agents, venues, and programming opportunities.

Proposal:

The program is organized into intensive sessions featuring practical workshops and exchange spaces with sector professionals. It focuses on four key areas: communication and promotion of performing arts projects, technologies for contemporary creation, funding and production, and strategies for circulation within and beyond Catalonia. Additionally, it serves as a networking space to foster collaborations and access to resources.
