Everyday violence in youth environments requires spaces for reflection to understand its causes and build collective responses. However, young people have few contexts in which to address these issues from their own experience. The challenge was to foster a participatory process that promoted critical analysis and creative prevention, centered on youth protagonism.
The project is carried out through weekly sessions where young people participate in artistic expression, dialogue, and collective creation activities. Based on the question “Why violence?”, they develop messages, actions, and awareness-raising initiatives. The program is implemented in public schools and involves collaboration with civic centers, youth spaces, and creation factories.
