Address the structural inequalities that limit the presence and recognition of migrant and racialized artists in the cultural sector. The challenge is to create spaces for training, support, and visibility that allow the development of their own cultural projects and strengthen their access to professional networks and cultural circuits.
The program offers a training laboratory in the design and management of cultural projects, accompanied by mentoring, networking spaces, and public activities. Throughout the process, participants develop cultural initiatives in areas such as performing arts, visual arts, music, audiovisual, or literature. The itinerary culminates with the public presentation of the projects and their connection with cultural agents and institutions.
