To respond to the structural exclusion and racism that permeate the cultural sector, where migrant and racialised people remain underrepresented and folklorised. The challenge is to create an autonomous space of visibility, recognition, and legitimacy, capable of challenging dominant imaginaries and questioning who has the right to produce and define culture.
#AccióMigrant brings together artistic presentation, critical thinking, and collective celebration in an open and participatory gathering. It showcases projects developed through the Fes! Cultura programme and other aligned initiatives, fostering networks, alliances, and new cultural references.
The festival asserts the right to narrate oneself in the first person and to occupy an active and recognised place within cultural life.
